Well it give me like 8 or so, but when i am going like 40 and i push the gas down it is really slow... and when my aunt had it tuned up (she used to own it) she said that they said the supercharger had a problem but they did not know what it was or how to fix it...

This post needs to be in "Forced Induction" topic.....Just for future reference
Now anyways....Probably should take off your throttle body and and pull the sensors out of it and give it a good thorough scrubbin....And also clean the fillaments off on your MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor). I used a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol for that.
Also you may want to look into a new MAP (Manifold Ambiant Pressure sensor) also.....And Check your vaccum lines.
Here'* a pic of the same engine in my 95 SSEi with the parts I mentioned listed:
(Sorry this is the extent of my Photoshop skillz....LOL)

Around 40 is the "dead spot" for our cars. It wont kick down to first and its the bottom of second. If your getting 8 psi then the blower is working but you may have some other issues (like knock and timing pull). The supercharger rarely has anything go wrong with it but a few things could be the coupler (rattle noise) or maybe teh Boost control solenoid.

I agree completely. If you get 8psi at ANY time EVER, it'* not the blower. Renton WA? driverjohn2005 lives near you. That may come in handy.
I also agree with cleaning the TB. Get a new gasket first. One other question.....what Octane fuel are you running?
I'll move this to Forced Induction after we figure out what the actual fault is, but it probably isn't boost.

Sounds like the boost control solenoid is dumping some of your boost. Mine reacted a similar way to an overdrive pulley. Sounds like PCM controled boost dump to me. I would guess you're getting some partial load knock, or the PCM is thinking you are.

What are your normal operating temps? Could be a classic clogged catalytic converter, too. Imagine this....poor fuel mileage. If he'* running rich due to a bad O2, he'* killing his Cat.

LOL
Anyways....do you have any acces to a scan tool at all??? If not I'd try going to Autozone or something like that and try to get the car scanned and see what codes it comes up wth. Autozone will scan for free most times I think.
