Agreed, however, it was pretty much a joke. When I picked up my SSEi from the dealership it was brand new, straight from the factory.

I think that, in actuality, 2000+ Bonnevilles do not have a front STB. However, I can vouch for the fact that in 94 and 97 both the SSE and SSEi did.

I had a feeling that it was bought used. But ive known of some dealership to steal things off of cars & then the salesmen trry covering up for them. But that is mostly aftermarket stuff.

i'm pretty sure all of 92-99 will fit 87-91, but i put a 94 ssei on my 87 se

What year car did you get it off of? What years fit 89'*.
The one I got came off of a 93 Lesabre. But any 92-99 H body will fit.

So how do you like the diffrences, and what changes have you noticed.... I like my STB, and thats where it will stay, attached to the strut towers....
The difference is amazing. The car seems better overal. Body flex is definately down. Definately worth the ten bucks.

The reduction in body flex and overall increase in rigidity made this such a great mod.

I bought mine new from the dealer, cost me 40 clams, only because it was IMPOSSIBLE to find an H-body in any wrecker yard. Oh well, still a good deal I suppose
