Anything is possible. If you move the whole engine and transmission you should have no real problems. As long as you also move the PCM/ECM along with it.

I see a couple potential issues.

The wiring for one. If you have both FSM'* check the wiring closely. I don't believe it to be the same. That poses a problem because your ecu is located inside the cabin on both those years and your interior wiring is large octopus that stretches from your headlights to taillights and all stuff in between.

The swap is easier with a 96+ as the wiring harness is mostly in the engine bay with the pcm.

Realizing you have the 92 complete is a good thing, let'* hope the wiring schematics are kind to you.

Well I don't think this is going to work after looking closer at the differences there is a big motor mount on the passenger side that is not easily fabed in and relocation of atleast the overflow res. So this mornin I pulled a 3.8 & trans from work that I tested ,a runner driver with 130K that is more cost effective at this time.So I have some */c stuff to sell. thanks to all for the answers.

If possible, take pictures and then post them in the for sale area. That woudl give you the best chance of finding a buyer
