Default SLP headers installed

Well, 7 hours later my SLP headers, high flow catalytic converter, ZZP HV throttle body are installed. The headers sound great and really helped open the motor up. I installed the headers with the help of a friend and it went really well. Everything went really smooth and we didn"t break anyhting (Thank god). The headers are a bit spendy but WELL worth the investment. I installed them on my 2000 SSEi. The car seems to be a little bit more happier now that it can breath easier

So, they really woke the car up didn't they. As you said, they are DEFINATELY worth the investment. Now its time to do some internal engine mods (rockers and/or a cam) and run a small pulley on that thing.

I'm gonna have to start working on my mods some more so next time you come around I can keep at least a respectable tail on you.

Very gelous, I've got headers planned for my 01 ssei soon. Probably going TOGS. So how'* it dirve afterwards? Notice the boost pressure drop 1-2?

I wish I was couragous enough to do the install myself but found a good GP guy from ILGCP to do it for me. He comes Highly recommend around here and does it in 2-hours, I hear. Nice guy, met him the other day. read my shift kit post.

when you floor it the supercharger makes a rather loud whine noise. with these new headers it gives the motor a more deeper, beefier sound. like it has a larger set under the hood. that is from the inside of the car. on the outside it sounds just a little bit deeper, not to much of a change but it sounds VERY good. sorry, but i spent all of my money on performance parts and do not own a digital camera or video or anything.
