Default SIlicone Hoses

Does not seem like some bad prices for these adapters.

Looks pretty good to me. That'* exactly what you want for the TB end of your intake.

Yea, I might pick one up for summer. Though my rubber coupler is holding together pretty good still! The silicone looks better anyways.

A rubber union won't flex enough. You'll stress the TB/intake when the engine torques over. You need to allow the intake to flex at the coupler.

One more time:

My intake/heatshield impacts the hoodliner. The silicone coupler takes up the slack.

Plus they are made with Nomex in lieu of polyester!

My engine does not torque as much as your beast. But for peace of mind, it should be worth it.

BB, I'm very pleased you're happy with your new car, but please make an attempt to stay on topic.

(and I'll race you for pinks any time, but keep it in the lounge or PM'*).
