Yea, I might pick one up for summer. Though my rubber coupler is holding together pretty good still! The silicone looks better anyways.

A rubber union won't flex enough. You'll stress the TB/intake when the engine torques over. You need to allow the intake to flex at the coupler.

My intake/heatshield impacts the hoodliner. The silicone coupler takes up the slack.
