I'd say if you don't trust yourself I'd find a mechanic who can do it... kinda spendy, but at least you will know it was done right.

Don't do it unless you have before. Or get help from someone who has. You'll also want to upgrade your lifters and valvesprings at the same time. Pushrods would be optional.

Cams are cheaper than rockers if you do the labor yourself. If you have to pay to have it done, it'* a wash. About equal.

For the record, on Crow Cam'* and Yella Terra'* sites, their Series 2 is OUR SERIES 1. Don't forget that. Their Ecotec is our Series 2.
