Default Specific GM tools and 02 sensors

My GM service manual somtimes calls for specific tools such as the J39194 (Oxygen Sensor Wrench). Anyone know of a good place to get these tools? Also Bill if you have the book handy looking for the part number for an H02S Bank 1 Sensor 1 o2 sensor and the Bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor (if they are different). Also, whats the dif betweeen a heated o2 sensor and just an o2 sensor? The GM manual doesnt make a distinction.

On my car I use an oxygen sensor tool that I bought at Pep Boys. Autozone has a rental tool.
