Flowmaster 80
Flowmaster clames that with a flowmaster 80 I will recieve 30 more hp, 40 lb. torque. YEA RIGHT! I don't think a high flow muffler is going to put me at almost stock SSEi numbers. So, in reality what am I looking at for gains, 5 maybe 10 hp?

i've got one too
they might make a little better HP on the camaro/trans am (which they are designed for)
maybe their stock exhaust is just that restrictive .....there is no way that it was dyno proven 30 HP, but could be a 10HP tops increase i'd say,
as for the bonne, definate sound improvement, little performance. wouldn't give it up for anything though!

For a bit of data on open exhaust and resonator mods, check out thrashers site herehttp://www.thrashercharged.com/tech_htm/exhaust.shtm
They never did a test without the cat but did see a 10hp gain with free flowing exhaust.
