Default Supercharging a 01 SLE

I have a 01 SLE and I'm considering supecharging it, would it be a basic bolt on, or would I have to rip the engine apart and upgrade the internals?

That article should really be updated, it doesnt discuss the L67 top end swap at all.

It is possible to swap over the top end from an L67 and supercharge your l36, if you do some searching around here you should find out what all needs to be done. But it has been done successfully by at least one member here.

You will still have to deal with the transmission at some point.

Check on ClubGP too, as a lot of people there have done top end swaps. You will probably find a lot of technical info there.

Just don't sell the car.

Jshelton did a compete L67 swap didn't he?
If using the L36 bottom end do not swap to a smaller SC pulley....
I have the L67 Harmonic balancer with the extra set of grooves for the SC pulley, L67 LIM, SC, and all pulley'*, 01 SSEi MAP sensor, as well as the ICM braket, L67 coils, L67 fuel rail with injectors and Fuel pressure regulator still in.
All you would need that I don't have available are:
L67 TB with sensors
L67 fuel pump
L67 heads (I have a set but need your location to determine if it'* worth the cost + shipping vs buying from a local salvage yard)
wiring pigtails
Head, LIM, SC, and TB gaskets
custom PCM (best have Intense program one for you).

LMK if you are interested and I will throw a package price together (need your zip code to include shipping cost).
