ummm a little unclear here....what pipe are you using?? the rice pipe....there is a hole that is already inthe pipe that the IAT can go in to.....the filter is a much better location though

The IAT harness would have to be extended to reach the filter on the Series 2. Series 1 is already long enough.
As Pat asked, a little more info on your hardware would help.

Doing the rice pipe??
As Pat said there is already a hole in the pipe.
Just unplug it from the stock bellow and plug it into the hole.
Simple as that
