just a little break upgrade....
...Probably only cost me around $500
but considering everything i have done to the car in the past 6 months, it was worth it (ill just shop around more next time )
here'* what i started out with. you cant see it but the rotors were baddly stress cracked) and everything was a nice shade of RUST :?
this is what i upgraded with, PRO Ceramic break pads. POWERSLOT rotors. new Delco calipers and not yet done (but perchased already) Gloss Black Ceramic caliper paint
step-by-step pics...
1 Removed the wheel, clamped and removed the break line.
2 Removed the caliper, pads, and rotor. then removed as much rust as possible using various wire wheels and grining disks
3 place new rotor on hub and hand screw one nut on to hold in proper place
4 assemble the pads and calipers (not shown) and reinstall
5 Blead breaks, then reinstall wheel, Step back and admire how much all new breaks look (ill black out the strut rust when i do the caliper paint)
* Random over exposed shot, yes it needs a bath *

Looks nice Pete...You many want to put some paint on that hub to keep it from rusting up again.
On the how to..I'd like to see more info about the caliper swap. While it'* fairly easy..many can have difficulty with it. Especially bleeding and understanding why you have vise grips holding your fluid in the unhooked line.
