Default Poly vs Rubber bushings

Is there any real advantage to using Poly/other "high performance" material bushings, or is it all just hype?

I'm replacing my front+rear sway bars, and I see that ZZP and other sites offer the end links with Poly bushings instead of the stock rubber ones.

So, is it worth the extra 15 bucks?

Id do it, I replaced the stock ones with poly on my stock front sway and it made things a little tighter.
