Comparing the 93 and 95 L67:
Fuel pump is the same.
Fuel injectors are the same.
TB is larger, SC is slightly different (more flow at a lower RPM).
Fuel pressure regulators are DIFFERENT despite the same factory spec for pressure (key off, ignition on).
NOW.......
The 92/93 FPR is a 3bar (43.5psi)
The 94/95 FPR is a 2.7bar (39psi)
WHY?

Well on another note, would it be benefical to put a 92-93 Fuel regulator on a 94-95 to help with KR?

That doesn't make sense at all, unless the FPR is a rising rate type, that raises fuel pressure faster than the rise in boost? The reduction in fuel pressure should be an almost 5% reduction in fuel flow? Curious situation.

I'm thinking flow.
The ratings MUST be static ratings. But they don't tell you what they peak at. The volume of fuel at that pressure may be increased. I need to compare them side by side.
