Ram Air pipe???
I'm wanting to stay with the stock look so, I have gutted the air box and put in a K&N. My question is, is it worth the time to custom make a ram air pipe that will feed air from down in front of the radiator? I would assume it will lower IAT temps ecspecially at higher speeds. Has anyone done one of these? If so do you have before and after results. Any pics also?

People sure have. Search for WillWren and click on his signature picture. it will take you to his mods and pics. It does help with IAT'*.

Sure. The SilverBullet has a dryer duct with a rigid coupling out front. Barely visible.
I'm changing mine soon to give greater ground clearance. I'll probably keep it flex in between whatever it comes from and goes to, but my pickups will be at least rigidly mounted. My gen has a little more room to work with than yours. Just get creative and see what you come up with.
Keep in mind PVC can get soft and warm. See that curved piece that cools my SC and TB through the engine cover? It used to have more of a curve, but 'relaxed' due to the heat of my front exhaust.

Thanks for the help. I went by home depot this morning and found some stuff. I'm going to make one out of 4" pvc and see how it turns out. I only spent about $23 so if it don't look good or fit right I'm not out much money. If the pvc looks good and I see a drop in IAT'* then I might look in to having it made out of metal and get it coated. (coating would be free...gotta love having friends)

Oh and I seen silverbullets, looks good and I know he has gotten very close to ambient temp for his IAT'*. I just figured something smooth on the inside would flow a little better. I will take pics of it, well if it looks good.
