There is a way, if you're up to some custom machining. A bypass plate with a channel machined between the two ports would work. This would also allow you to port the SC with two more fittings, and cool it seperately with a small 12V water pump

Something I've been tinkering with for almost a year. I think you could make the bypass plate thin enough to to affect the SC belt length, and prevent having to raise the fuel rail.

I'm only talking about bypassing the coolant that normally travels through the SC and TB. Not the coolant in the lower intake itself.
