There is a way, if you're up to some custom machining. A bypass plate with a channel machined between the two ports would work. This would also allow you to port the SC with two more fittings, and cool it seperately with a small 12V water pump
Something I've been tinkering with for almost a year. I think you could make the bypass plate thin enough to to affect the SC belt length, and prevent having to raise the fuel rail.

it comes straight from the coolant log in the lower intake, when it flows, it mostly gets radiant heat from the coolant, i took off the end of my lower intake and there is really no flow , just a way for the coolant to get in and out, you could actually use plugs in the lower intake where the yellow rings go and do the same effect
