Default 00 out of commission - performance buildup specs & quest

today i drove it in the garage, up on ramps, and parked it... its gonna be sitting for a while

i have installed the chrome valve cover, relocated the front cover to the rear, which involved removing the alt and tensioner bracket :*

i removed the front and rear manifolds, downpipe and sawed off the old cat

autozone has to order the gaskets i need to start reinstalling the manifolds

i took out the PCM that will be sent off to INTENSE tomorrow for a reprogram with higher shift points, basically an normal INTENSE pcm, by my current burn had 5500 shirt points, it will now have 6000

this week after work will be the start of the interior rip down, new carpet will be installed in the rear, the front will be powerwashed, the front seats will be dropped off at my upholstery company with no ETA

there are a few more ideas i have up my sleeves but i need to do some checking

I need to do some interior work as well. Did you install rockers? Just wondering cause of the 6000 rpm shift points.

Awesome..glad to hear you are getting going.

Question though.. when you get it back...will the passenger seat actually go into the car?

I have a Garrett T3 turbo with intercooler and all duct work if you are wanting to feed your boost addiction while driving the Caravan during L67 downtime.
I've got everything to make the swap a success -even a A-520 5-spd and a 1989 2.2 TII Common block engine with only 8k on rebuild. Could use a headgasket (found that'* the problem when my cousin pulled the head two weeks ago -I had thought I had done bottom end damage when it was hitting on 2-3 cyl 4 yrs ago when I parked the car).
With this setup (and about 14-16 psi boost with tuning) out of my Lebaron Turbo GTC I am sure we could make your Caravan the envy of evry WRX, SRT-4, Rustang, and any other 'fast car' owner there in Mankato.

Plus I'm sure you'd be able to get away with more than you do in the SSEi.

Does his van have the 4 cyl? I though it was the 3.0L V6.
