Go with a 180° thermostat to start with, then do intake and exhaust. From there you can go with rockers, cam, or anything else that suits your fancy. Alot of information in Techinfo.

00+ T-stats dont use gaskets. Do be sure to get the rubber ring seal though.

autozone didn't have my gasket, however mine were in perfect condition [must have been replaced I guess]. So you may not need one, but get one anyways if they have it.. and a nice tube of silicone [black, red, and blue if you want to be prepared for it all ].
