So, that'* why I asked where he got the information for the link at, as that location is not providing the correct information. I think it would be prudent to destroy that link or thread or correct the view of anyone that may have PM'd it to him.

Seriesoneperformance.com is an unknown. He hasn't updated his website in FOREVER. He'* been poor on communication, and we don't even know if he'* still in business.
This isn't even mentioning the wrong parts he'* sold to members, including a Moderator of the Forum.

I seriously doubt that newcomers will come here, click search, and enter "seriesoneperformance" as a keyword, Pete.
In searching various keywords for specific series one parts, I've turned up a link to Jay'* thread that looked exciting and innovative as coming to a centralized location to find performance parts for the Series 1. In turn, the reader then becomes excited as well.
Upon clicking on the link in that thread to his store, the website still looks very much active, with all subsequent pages still there, with no dead pages. I couldn't find any signs that it was no longer active, as all parts and information offered are old by default.
I believe that most of Jay'* threads should probably be archived beyond public view despite some very good and valid information in that thread. Most of that information, however, can be found elsewhere on this site in numerous other threads.
Perhaps this all should have been PM'd to you, Pete, and for that I apologize for posting this publicly. It should be publicly known, however.

Through searching and reading old posts one MAY come across info that states that his site has not been updated. But the point is that the information on this site is saved for a reason. And it would probably take Jeff an absurd amount of time to delete his posts if that was even possible.
We are currently waiting from a response from DrJay to see if his site is still active.

Seriesoneperformance is no longer a recognized vendor here for several reasons. This was the final straw out of many.
His posts CAN be deleted. That'* very easy to do.
The Site Owner removed his link from the LINKS page about 2 weeks ago per Admin request.
Chevyboy, please let us know if you do or don't get your order. PM me if you don't. You won't be hung out to dry.

Funny how that whole deal went down without any communication from the Vendor. No email confirming shipment (apparently), and 5 days to respond to * Staff member regarding the status of his site.
Something to remember in the future, this is where you should always look first for a scantool:
http://search.ebay.com/cp9110_W0QQfromZR40
40 bucks cheaper, and instant shipping, as well as confirmation of your purchase.
