Power Steering Hose Fittings....
Got a quick question for anyone who might know.
As prep for the motor swap in the '90, I'm trying to get a handle on what size/type of fittings are used.
The pump side is pretty easy, the same 16mm-1.50 O-Ring on the outlet (seems like a common G thing from the 1980'* on) with a hose barb for the return line. I was able to check that with a Russell adapter fitting.
How about the rack side, did GM continue to use two different sizes on the H-Body? 16mm-1.50 O-Ring inlet and 18mm-1.50 O-Ring on the return?
Anybody familiar with these fitting, please speak up. I don't deal with them often enough to recognize the sizes by sight.

Brainstorming end of it...I'm mixing engine, transmission, and power steering rack in a manner GM never intended. I'm probably going to end up using a braided 3/8" hose with -6 AN fittings for the high pressure hose from the pump to the rack. Similar arrangement from the rack to the cooler, then back to the resevoir. Figuring out the correct fittings is what I'm trying to do.
