Is it possible to get the 3800 v6 in a sse model bonneville up to 225 horsepower with just normal, do it yourself, simple bolt-ons? If so what are the bolt-ons, and how much would it cost? Thanks guys, just brainstorming and wondered if it could be done.

What year? A Series II might get there with N20. Simple bolt ons other than N20 probably not. However you could go stroker kit to 4.1 or you could do cam, heads, rockers, pcm and probably get close. Record horsepower for a non stroked NA S2 is 219whp or 273 crank HP.
You might look at a turbo kit or CSC as well. But again, not simple bolt ons.
