300 to 320 WHP?
Ok I would like to get to this in my 01 SSEi. I have been purchasing misc. products and most of them will not add HP. Most of them have been maint. items. However I would rather not have to change my cam at this point, I am looking more for bolt ons that would help me achive my goal. If I am in wonderland please let me know what I can do to get as close to my goal as possible.

well first of all you dont have 300WHP, most 3800 SC dyno about 190-200 at the wheel..so that is about 230-240 crank
you should do:
PCM
pulley
intake
1.9 rockers
Ls6 springs
OR pushrods
either PEM'* or headers
3"DP
highflow cat
that should give you a good start
Rogue will chime in too

Most L67'* dyno higher than stock. He'* probably sitting on 250 crank, and I think the 300-320 is his Goal. A pulley with mild supporting mods should gain you around 25hp, which gets you half way there.

go to www.intense-racing.com and click 'Performance Packages' on the left-hand side of the screen. that should give you a better idea on what route you'd want to go.

For the Pulley, do a 180° thermostat, CAI or FWI, and a high-flow cat. Going to an INTENSE standard PCM at the same time would be good. With a pulley on the SC and these mild mods, you should be in the 25-30 gain range for hp, and perhaps 40 ft/lbs of torque.
