Default 300 wheel hp

I am looking to do a motor swap into my 2000 sle in the next 3 to 4 months from the L36 to the L67. When this happens I plan to have some performance upgrades to put in at the same time.
What i am wanting to find out from the gurus is how easily can 300 wheel hp be achieved on the supercharged motors be achieved. Also what would be the most reliable way to do this without braking the bank(or is that impossible). Any advice i could get on this would be greatly appreciated.

It'* very possible if the sky is the limit on the budget for the project.

My suggestion is call INTENSE-Racing.com 614-873-6499 and talk to them. They will ask things about how you want to drive the car (daily or track only) and give you a lot of learned knowledge to help you base your decisions about how you want to achieve your goals.

Intense level three put me at around 250-260 whp, but my tranny is compaining about it too. It'* totally possible, just gonna cost some dough.

An LS1 swap would be WAY more money. L67 power is relatively inexpensive compared to a swap like that.

An LS1 swap is pretty much out of the question on ANY sort of budget..unless you can fabricate on your own and have the required skill set for that.
