92 SSEi motor
I found a wrecked 92 SSEi same year as my SE, motors will most likely be able to switch right? What would be an appropriate price to buy a wrecked car like that....I offered $300, because the interior is great too

you will need the engine wire, harness, and the trans, to complete the swap. I would also suggest that you get a FSM for your year, but 300 for a L67 seems pretty good, how many miles, that is a factor

You also need the PCM located above the passenger footwell under the glovebox, and I suggest also adding a boost gauge.
This is a big undertaking, but honestly, you're better off with a 93. Same wiring harness, but improved motor.

I really could have used that engine about 3 or 4 months ago. Could have saved me a lot of time and complaining from my wife for spending so much money.

Obviously mileage is the most important factor but I guess what Im trying to say is if he buys the car for $300 then it would probably be in his best interest to at least inspect the charger to make sure it doesnt need to be rebuilt because $300 seems kinda low to me unless its really high mileage. But of course Im not 100% sure of the values on those earlier cars. :?
