solid motor mount
i'm curious as to how exactly the oem hydraulic mount works, correct me if i'm wrong but when you mash the gas the engine rocks back right? so the puck mount is only providing flexibility if the motor were rocking forward because the all thread is not allowing any movement at all when the engine trys to rock back, i would assume that there has to be a little flex there somewhere? if solid is better than why the hydraulic mount in the first place? maybe one more puck underneath the mounting location the provide a little bit of flex?

There'* at least a dozen 2k'* running with the solid mount here. None have had issues in the last 2 years, and none have ever wished they were 'more solid'.
I suggest you try it, and make your decision from your own experience from it.

Newfie, I'm glad the mount worked out for you, but streetracing stories are strictly prohibited on this site.
I deleted your post in this topic because of the racing.
