180 stat
So, I replaced my stat from 195 to 180 last year, however, I've always noticed my engine temp. rises to 200 and fluctuates between 190 and 200 while driving. Shouldn't the 180 open and keep the engine at lower than 200 temps? I read in another post that cooling fans don't kick on till 210-215. How can I lower my engine temp?

Just ordered my INTENSE™ Standard PCM.
I had this modified from standard package:
Increase WOT ignition timing tables by up to 3 degrees.

not sure if you want to run a 3.4 pulley and increase WOT ignition timing with the mods have a scan done on that a.*.a.p you should at least upgrade your injectors before slapping the PCM on but you need more supporting mods before something happens to run your package safley
edit: sorry thought i read 3.0 pulley disregard that

91PA, that car is NOWHERE NEAR needing upgraded injectors. Not even close. Please don't give incorrect advice on this Forum. I understand you think you know, and you want to help, but if someone actually took your advice in this case, it would be a waste of time and money. Please do your homework first. You are VERY wrong.
Stock injectors are absolutely fine and perfectly suited for any L67 running a 3.4 pulley. Always has been, always will be.

So...then...I'm okay with the WOT timing being increased w/ my mods? It'* the only thing from standard I touched because the description said: "ideal for naturally aspirated vehicles with any premium fuel, or supercharged vehicles with stock camshaft where 93 or 94 octane fuel is readily available."
EDIT: I thought about going to 3.25 pulley later on, is that okay w/ PCM?
