MY NAME IS CHARLIE BARRAGAN I'M FROM MEXICO CITY I OWN A PONTIAC BONNEVILLE SSEI IS THE THIRD CAR I OWN , I KNOW IS NOT A MODERN CAR BUT THIS ONE IS IN GREAT CONDTIONS , AS U KNOW IT HAS A 3. 8 L SC , BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT DOES 0-60 IN ABOUT 8.6 SECONDS AND AS A RESULT IS NOT VERY FAST IN 1/4 MILE ... MY TIMES ARE REALLY SLOW COMPARED TO MANY OTTHER BETTER CARS , WELL I REALLY DON'T USE IT FOR RACE BUT I JUST RACED IT TO FEEL HOW GOOD COULD IT BE AGAINST OTHER SIMILAR CARS..... MY TIMES GO AROUND 16.7 TO 17.3 AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT CAN I DO TO IMPROVE THE SUPERCHARGER PERFORMANCE OR WHATEVER IT NEEDS TO BE MODIFIED TO BE FASTER ..... IS STOCK IT HAS 50000 MILEAGE , WELL I ACCEPT ANY COMMENT IN ORDER TO MAKE MY CAR MUCH BETTER .... IN THE OTHERHAND I'VE "RACED" AGAINST GOLF VR6 STOCK BORAS STRATUS RT BMW 3 SERIES AND SOME OTHER CARS , I LOST AGAINST RT BECAUSE HERE IN MEXICO THOSE CARS ARE 2.4 L TURBO TWINCAM , WELL MY IDEA IS WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO MAKE IT BETTER I HAVE ABOUT 2000 DOLLARS FOR A STAR TO DO BASIC MODS , BU I JUST NEED GOOD AND EXPERT HELP HERE .....THNX AND I HOPE U CAN HELP ME

I'll move your topic to the right section for you.....Performance and Brainstorming. This is the mechanical problem section.
In addition. it'll help a ton if you don't type in all capitals. It'* like yelling on a Forum. Putting your year and model in your signature by editing your profile will also help us answer your questions in the future.
The Techinfo and LINKS section at the top of the page are always a good place to start.

HOLA AMIGO! Well you came to the right place for expert help, you'll find plenty of help around here.
8.6 0-60? My non SC '99 could do better than that, sounds like you should start with a bit of a tune up. Then you could gut out your air box or do a cold air intake.

Don't jump into anything until it'* running right.
I assume you're running 91 octane minimum? It'* required. No platinum plugs, and no Bosch of any type for plugs or O2. These are bad ideas in a supercharged engine with waste-spark ignition.
Do a full tuneup, and check your fuel pressure for starters. Carefully inspecting your plugs can tell the story as to why the engine isn't running right.
Then we can start talking mods to the engine.

I use 91 octane gasoline.... everythings works perfectly computer has no problems...

You should be high 14s or low 15s near sea level, mid-high 15s at your alittude I'd think.
I'd start by replacing your plugs and wires, fuel filter, air filter, etc.
Then buy a scantool, check your overall timing advance and check for KR (knock).
If your in the clear you can move onto an intake ($200US) and a modular pulley system ($100 US)
Check your timing and ignition advance again. Then you can move onto things like Headers, PCM, rockers, etc. Next thing you know you will be in the 13s.
What does your boost gauge show right now at wide open throttle?
