OK, here'* what I have.

As you can see I have the top and bottom removed from the rest of the box because I don't have a 96-99 washer fluid reservoir yet. But I am including a pic of the tank in my 98 SSE -I had the TEP in but I didn't have the top or bottom on because I didn't have a PCM tray, so I just turned the stock PCM box on it side which caused the top to come in contact with the hood before the hood could latch shut.

97-03 GP TEP CAI in my 95 SLE SC:

As you can see here this is why the complete box won't fit with a 92-95 washer tank. 96-99 will need a PCM tray.

Here'* a pic of the 98 tank (same in 96-99). The 96-99 tank is shorter to accomadate the PCM, which makes the tank ideal for 92-95 cars (possibly 87-91 also).

Not bad... Once you get the top and bottom on that it should work well. It looks like your going to have to move your alarm to fit the '96-'99 style tank.

I swapped out my '92-'95 double style tank to a '92-'95 single style tank like yours. I would of done the '96-'99 tank but it will not fit with the air compressor. Doesn't matter now because I have moved the compressor over to where the battery is. Once I try building a new CAI I'll probable swap to the '96-'99 tank for even more space. Hum. . . it looks like I might have a CAI for sale.

Yes, it is sitting back a little far -I usually push it forward, but the force of the air coming in pushes it back. With it forward all the way the rf corner of the box is tight against the radiator core support, and the left side is almost touching the left inner frame rail.
