You live very close to the ZZP shop in GR. You can rent one from them. That'* what I did.

to remove stock airbox:

its very easy, just get the box out.

the box that hold the PCM is held in place by rubbers bushing(if its called like this,..bad english)

just pull it, no screw to remove, and the PCM is hold by clamp on each side.

for the rest, its very easy, you'll see.

good luck

aaaaand for the CAI, i suggest you to make a FWI (fender well intake)

you can buy a kit from Intense. or..

you can do it yourself, thats what i did.

What i do:

Material: -K&N Filter 3"
-3" ABS Tubing(its 3" interior)
-3"ABS Elbow
-Heat insulating tube or whatever that protect from heat.

all that cost me 35$(my filter isnt a K&N but it look identical(anyway ill change each spring)

1.I keep the stock tube that hold the IAT sensor(right after intake of car)

2. you need to find something to fit the filter to the elbow tubing, (i cut like 4 "of tubing to come from 3"and half to 3" one end in the elbow, the other end will go in filter.) but you can find something for you.

3.just cut tubing the lenght you want to get from the engine to the hole in the frame with the elbow.(i glue that elbow with that tubing, like 16 ")

4.the filter will go the other end of the elbow, you ll need that coupler, or do it yourself, if you can find the right size of tubing it will help,(note:the 3and half" will fit perfect where the IAT sensor is)

5.dont glue the coupler to the elbow, install the filter on the coupler, turn the wheel of the car to left,(or jack up the car) i just turn them left to get access under the fender.

6. just remove the plastic pin that old the plastic protector in the fender, (theres one plastic protector that look triangle(under the car) i removed this one half, i flex it to get the filter in (with the coupler, and plug it really tight in the elbow, no glue or it will be stuck on your car and you will need to cut it to remove. just make sure it will not move and it will be ok(my filter is sit on that triangle plastic protector so it will stay in place), u can use duck tape to help.

7. i protect the tubing with heat insulating tube. and it really help, thats it!

it work perfect for me, the ABS tubing stay cold.

and the sound is good, it whine now!

sorry if my instruction suck, i tried to explain the best i can, and my english is not 100% :?

you can find another way to do it, anyway , i hope this help

and sorry, i dont have access to a camera right now

Not sure if you're looking for a FWI, but here are some pictures of mine. One thing to note, the PCM is no longer wrapped in plastic.
