Default Cleaning internals...

Namely a shot Piston/Rod combo.... I want it looking almost brand new....

It'* kinda nasty too. Maybe soak in something like carb cleaner?

I've got a dremel too for buffing etc.

Yup a bucket of carb cleaner should work to get the nasty off.
Then a dremel large polishing wheel and compound, $10 from Home Depot.
Depending on how long you polish you can get mirror shine.

Gasoline will get a lot of gunk up, just make sure your dry it off completely and rinse it off with water or something.
