I have been thinking about new things to do to the Bonnie. I was just wondering how hard it would be to install a new muffler on a 98 SSEI

Not bad if you have all the tools to do the work and you plan on clamping things back together. The most important thing is to layout your work, measure twice and cut correctly once.
