Well I just put a button starter on my car. Now all I have to do it turn the key on and push a button and my car starts. It wasn't that hard of a thing to do. All I done was hook a wire to the big stud on the starter solenoid, and a wire to the little stud on the solenoid, then hook them to a push button switch. It was only a 20 minute job. Now you know what happens when someone has alot of time on their hands. I did notice something though... I starts alot faster then when you turn the key.

Originally was gonna wire under the hood or the column, but I did it without any cutting...

I just crossed a few fuses with my switch, Which is turning into a button soon

A TC pod button, so it'll be stock looking

yeah just ran 6 ft of wiring inside the dash, and it starts with a switch, and i still need the key (thank god)

That'* exactly what I have on my Firebird with the cam I'm using. I have 22 degrees of advance with a total of 36 degrees......so it is very difficult to hot start without it.
For normal driving, I back off on the timing and then I don't have to use it.
