95 SSEi
I just picked up a 95 bonneville ssei, 109k not all too bad just has a little front end damage. I put a HKS air filter onto the filter tubing because the box broke other then that she'* stock. It'* mainly a beater so I hve something else other then my camaro. But I like having some nuts when driving. My question is, Iv been reading and in confused, I know a Allen pulley wi give me a nice boost up, but I figured id just grab a smaller stock pulley, which year has a smaller one and how much smaller was it? Also what cold ac delco plugs will fit into it? Thank you for any and all input

Welcome to the forum. Your SSEi has a Series I engine. This means that your pulley IS the smallest stock pulley. IMO I wouldn't mess with the pulley on a series I and keep stock heat range plugs.
ps I'm jealous, the 95 is the sexiest year ssei

Considering he'* a 95, he is already half way there to a full OBD2 system. Grab an L67 engine and PCM from a 97. Modding possibilities are almost endless.

See where ever it was that I read, they said 93 had a 2.55" pulley and mine has a 2.75? And as far as a engine swap I don't see the point in doing that much to this car, I like it but not that much haha. I just want a little more umph out of it

Haha thank you for the jealousy you didn't even hear what I got it for I'll post some pix of her later. But like I said, any and all info on this thing is more then welcome, things that I should look for etc.

All series I engines have the same size pulley. The aftermarket is also pretty small for that engine. I've never owned a series I, so I don't know much about modding it...
Maybe a cold air intake and a cat back system? That would give it a little umph.

And as far as the Series 1 goes, mods are very limited. Series 2, thats a whole different story.
You would only need colder plugs if you reduced the size of your pulley. It'* just to reduce KR.

I just put in colder plugs, and as far as an exhaust, that'* a few hundred right there I figured a smaller pulley wouldnt be all too much. If anything I might grab one of my old flow masters I got laying around and try em out on it. I just want to drop a few penny'* or nickles into the car, it'* more of a beater but it'* cool that it actually does have some nuts to it for being a beater haha

Like Mike 1995 said, colder plugs are used to reduce knock retard. Using colder plugs in a stock engine may actually rob performance. I'm not a Series I pro, but I wouldn't modify the pulley without extensive engine work. I think your best bet is maintenance, a cold air intake, and a cat back. Let the engine breath ya know.

I actually (maybe because the old plugs were shot) feel a difference with these new plugs in it. I plan in today doing something with the intake. As far as exhaust, maybe I'll just cut some stuff out and reweld straight pipe in
