ZZP mini AFC 2.0
I just got mine. I haven't put it in yet, but I opened it up and there is some gooey stuff inside that makes the lid difficult to remove at both ends. Is it supposed to be there?
Jeffery?

I've got it and my 72mm TB in. Judging by exhaust smell and looking for smoke during acceleration, 112 is a little lean, and 113 is pretty close, tried 115, and it was far too rich.
Jeff, where do you have your AFC located? I don't want mine to get too hot.

i have mine mounted to the hard vac lines that go to the trans right at the maf sensor, i zip tied it at each end so its sturdy there.
i have a 70mm TB on mine and usee my A/F meter to set it. right now im using the enchanced mode and have the settings as foollows
1-5......126
6..........127
7..........128
8..........129
9..........131
10........133
11........135
12........136
13........136
my meter works great and when i floor it, i moves just into the green area of the meter, aprox .75-.85 volts [rich]
plugs look great too, not fouling and no detonation either, im using autolite 103 plugs gapped at .052". they are 3 heat ranges cooler than stock. plus i still get 23-24 mpg too
hope this helps you a little

my screen is out and the TB and the inlet to the SC is ported and polished. airflow means alot. i have a cold air box, a 3" stainless intake tube with a K&N on it, everything is insulated. a hi flow cat and a camaro flowmaster too. power equals the engines ability to pump air, the more air the comes in and goes out, the more power you have.
