Nice.

All I have to comment on is that you can remove the front sway bar w/o unbolting the exhaust if you drop the rear of the subframe another inch or so and play contortionist with it.

It did not drop 1/2" it went up like 1 " in the rear and 1/2" in the front lol
theres two reasons for that.

1: New springs aways have to settle in.
2: my old springs had 184K on them so they where sagging lol.

But HOLY MOTHER OF FU**KING GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man i LOVE how it Handles now

Dude i cant wait for Spring to put my summer wheels and tires on
Im going to have so much FUN!!!!!

Edit** O and wow, i have to learn how to steer again it turns so much better now that i turn to much for turns im use to lol

Wait, Bandit wrote this? Holy mother of chit! I had to go back and reread this to make sure it contained Banditty.

Nice write up!

I motion that this be submitted to the TechInfo section.

We got my front sway bar out (and the new FE2 in) through the passenger side fenderwell. We left the exhaust and the subframe bolted in place the entire time.

Good work! I need to get new struts in my car to finish my swap.

Great write up and pics!

Will this work on the 87-91'* as well? Maybe a summer project for some of us more senior cars?
