complete total for my exhaust was under 170
72.99 for the muffler from jegs
29.99 x 2 for the exhaust tips (jegs)
PLUS SHIPPING i think it was 8.99
$20 for mandrel bends from the muffler out.
under 10 for random exhaust clamps
granted my dad and i put the exhaust on ourselves, it still turned out pretty cheap!

but i thought that the quietness of our bonnies was one of the main reasons that we call it a sleeper. well maybe its because i had a mustang that was pretty loud or a vette with sidepipes that is way way too loud. anyway, i like the quietness, and the factory oval outlets too.

Ryan, I'm with you on this. That'* why I'm considering adding a Cherry Bomb. At idle, it'* not too obvious. I went for performance, and it cost me some 'quiet'. I'd like to get the quiet back to some extent by adding the resonator. I like my stock tips for the sleeper attitude, as well, and for that reason, I painted them flat black. Hardly noticeable.

The reason i put flashy chrome tips on my car was the opposite effect. I'm sick of people not knowing that my bonne has balls. Kids at school see it and they would think nothing at first. Now.. my SSEi is the talk of the school (after handing some asses to some cars :P ) ..everyone knows it'* fast and it'* widening the knowledge of the bonneville. That'* my main goal. ..now even the girls are like DAMN THATS A NICEE CAR!! I think the fact that it'* a bonneville( disregaurding ANY mods) makes it a sleeper IMHO. ..so my goal is to make it the tightest sleepr on the planet, haha. ..so bring on the flowmaster, magnaflows, and dynomax'*, etc.... baby!!!
