Default Fuel Pressure gauge fittings?

So a little while back I read that NPT fittings are not recommended for fuel pressure lines/gauges. So i am basically looking for the "proper" way to hook my fuel pressure gauge sender pictured below to my fuel rail.

Right now i'm using this SS line kit that was recommended to my by one of the techs at autometer but i am being warned it will leak under higher pressures.

Any input would be appreciated as even though i keep a fire extinguisher in my back seat it would be nice to not have to use it.

HA!

Flared and threaded to a perfect match to our rail (caspers probably got them from whoever made this one, then sold it to INTENSE, who sold it to me:

Go to www.ls1speed.com and click parts warehouse, the select 2000 camaro, then go to fuel.

Or Jegs:

Or summit:

Keep in mind, this preserves the schrader on the end (under the dust cap) and provides an outlet of your use out the side.

So i understand thats a good idea because then i still have the valve to bleed the system but what'* the safest way to hook my 1/8-27 NPT male pressure sensor to the -4 AN female fitting on the end of the braided stainless supply line?

...That'* what i am using. With a fuel safe thread sealing compound. What'* the problem?

Maybe you were saying the other guys setup who was using all NPT fitting was going to leak and i thought you were talking about mine. Either way i now have a little more piece of mind.

Sorry, I mis-posted (alot going on here tonight! )

You want a FLARE fitting to match the Tee on your gauge. Not NPT. NEVER NPT for fuel.
