If you don't have a heat shield to block HOT engine bay air that would be next on the list. Also, a quick cheap upgrade would be a 180* thermostat to keep things running cooler, along with a basic tuneup including plugs (NGK-TR55'*) and wires (Napa Belden Premium) to make sure everything is running well. You might get a nice result from cleaning your (probably) dirty throttle body too. Lots of members have done this recently and have posted some good pics.

www.intense-racing.com
www.zzperformance.com
www.wbodystore.com (only some engine trans parts will work... most will, but inquire before you buy or product info indicates it will fit your 2002 Bonneville)
www.3800performance.com
And there are a couple more, but they skip my mind ATM.
You can also swap a Supercharged top end on, but it will require a custom reprogrammed PCM. Parts required are all pulleys (L67 specific), SC head, Lower intake manifold, supercharger, throttle body, fuel rail, fuel injectors, and more.
You can get used Supercharged parts @ www.car-part.com but most salvage yards won't ship to Puerto Rico.
BTW -Welcome Puerto Rico.
