This weekend it looks like i am most likely getting a new hi flow Cat converter and some kind of performance muffler, something that will make the exhaust sound a bit louder and throaty. any suggestions?

What'* a good high-flow cat for an '02 SLE? Or mufflers? Link? And what benefits as far as sound and/or performance does removing the resonator obtain?
