is this an ok to drop a pulley size?
I just got done doing a full tune up on my car, and before i did the tune up, my knock count was up to about 8 or 9 on a 5 minute run going up to around 65 mph. I scaned it again after everthing was done and now its 0 all the way up to 75. Would it be safe for me to drop another pulley size and not have to worry too much about more kr?

i replaced my battery, plugs, plug wires, pcv valve, and fuel filter. i left my old air filter on there because it was still good. I think i also got my fuel curves right now, if not right then pretty close to it. My sig might be wrong, right now i have a 2.5" pulley, and i want to drop to a 2.2. Would the kr i would get with the smaller pulley outweigh the gains? remember im also going with a cam and some rockers with this setup too.

Even initially, you shouldn't get much KR from a 2.2 inch pulley. Now, any smaller and it will outweigh the gains. Anyhow, with rockers and cams you should definitely be okay. When are you interested in a 2.2 inch pulley? I am thinking of demodding my car to sell it and I have just bought a 2.5 inch pulley. I might be able to sell you mine if you are interested. Let me know. Thanks

A well-tuned 93 will get some KR with a 2.2" pulley on a hot day unless you seriously boost your octane higher to 94 or 95 at least.
Whether rockers or a cam would solve that remains to be seen. I'm probably camming also.

I disagree completely. The injectors add nothing, but the CAI and exhaust are there. The only thing he'* lacking is the 180° thermostat. A PCM would help, but won't be required for the 2.2".
