Default Fuel rail and injectors

hey guys. im ready for my next mod. been doin a lot of here and there searchin. the last item i got was HP Tuner Suite and since then i threw on my 3.2" pulley with a few degrees of timing pulled. now that i have my 2.5" cowl induction hood i was ready to finally get an intercooler. but i figure since im seeing high injector duty %'* on my tuner and that u have to modify the injector rail for an intercooler anyways, i might as well just get a new rail and injectors. plus once u get below a 3.1"ish pulley u need bigger injectors. i saw nice rails at 3800performance.com and nice logs at ZZP. pretty much any of the 3800 places have the 42.5# injectors. im lookin for some advice, pointers, suggestions, pretty much any help b4 i make my decision so i dont do nothin i will regret. for this summer all i plan is upgrading fuel, intercooling and dropping a few pulley sizes. thanx in advance for the input.

I'm not a fan of cutting and using hose and clamps like some do when adding a intercooler. The ZZP rails look pretty good but are a bit pricey. The W body Store has a modified rail which costs $109.99. The PRJ rails are very nice but are like $450 :(

I just bought some 60lb/hr injectors since my stockers are maxed out but I don't have HP tuners to adjust for the larger injectors.. Maybe we can meet up hang out and play with ours cars some

The W-body rail is still less then 1/2 the cost of Intense'* spacers.

WOW ZZP jacked up the price on their rails.
Since they are so closely priced I would go with the PRJ rails. I would also buy them right from PRJ they have the Gen 3 rails & 3800performance only carries their Gen 2 rail currently.

There are visual differences between the two (I see one more hose on the PRJ rails) but the important question is are they balanced ie. flow from both directions to equalize the flow to each injector.
You don't want to feet from one end thru all 6 injectors and then return. It should feed like the factory unit and have more volume. The regulator and gauge is necessary in my books.

The W-body rail is out of stock. The W-body intercooler has been discontinued.

soo. i got one for ZZP cuz it has a pressure regulator and gauge(i like that too). and one for the PRJ. im still not won over by one or the other. does one feed all 6 from one side like silverbullet said? or do they both feed each side seperatly like stock? no one on here has any of these?

ZZP comes with a adjustable FPR, while the PRJ rails allows you to reuse your OEM FRP. . ZZP rails only have 1 line connecting them; While the PRJ rails have two. ZZP rails have the pressure gauge while PRJ has a 1/8 NPT port (with plug.) Both rails have a ½” bore to them. Both companies use high quality Aeroquip AN Fittings.

Here are some pictures I grabed of both.

Available only at 3800 Perf.
I'd hit the Gen 3 PRJ rails. Nice. $450 sure is a lot of coin for what you get.
