I don't know how much it would improve, but other things probably will give you more HP/Dollar at this point. I don't think ZZP makes a DP for the 94 however..

Your best bet would be to go to a local exhaust shop that can do mandrel bends and have them fab one up. Should cost $175 at most including flange(*), mesh flexpipe, stainless Steel piping with mandrel bends and installation.

Custom is the only route. ZZP'* will not fit a 94.
You need to do a bit of work on your EM'* before you even think about a downpipe. The EM'* are a bigger restriction.
