Yup it'* at the base of the filter. I was thinking about drilling it out bigger to put my IAT in it, but I found a perfect plug for it instead.

For a series 2 the hole should be drilled to 5/8" as opposed to the series 1 which is 3/4"

That'* weird they said they supplied a plug. Mine didn't even mention there was a plug for it.
