Looking to upgrade my Cat
I think its time to upgrade the cat on the 96 SSEi, it has 130k on it and its still original. It was "Seafoamed" at the dealer with this cat so it would be reasonable to assume that mayby its time to change it out.
But I am confused. I read this thread, but no one really came to a consensus for a part number for the L67 and I checked Techinfo but there'* no article.
http://www.car-sound.com/02product/universal/910.asp - 91000
http://www.car-sound.com/02product/universal/941.asp - 94100
http://www.car-sound.com/02product/universal/940.asp - 94000
http://www.car-sound.com/02product/universal/948.asp - 94800 - Reccomended by site.
These are the four basically mentioned in the thread. Im wondering if it would matter which one of the last three I listed would matter since they have the same specs and if I should just stick with the reccomended part number. I see lots of people use the 91000 and 94100 but not the 94800t. So which one would you reccomend? I plan to complete my CAI and stick on a 3.5 pulley. The stock muffler will have to remain until I can change it out later.

Car runs fine..I'd suggest you put the money back in your pocket. I did it and regretted it .. no gain..only a little more sound.
I picked up the one with the bung in the back of it..but they are short enough that you can get one w/o. Be wary about the tront flange on the cat. It'* part of the front of the cat..and no room for the place to cut pipe.
