Putting a new tune together
So when I did my SS M90 swap I started with a ZZP L36 1.0 then modified it for */C, then I had cold start problems so I went back to a stock L36 modified for the */C (the cold start problem ended up being a dirty throttle body)
Now I want to make a good fresh tune, heres what I have on the car:
Gen V M90 (SS kit)
99 GTP injectors (L67)
L67 MAP
4T65E-HD trans w/ 2.93 ratio (3.29 diff)
the rest is all stock, basically
So heres what I'm thinking:
Start with an L67 file, maybe a 2000-01 SSEi file
Put the MAF tables from the ZZP 1.0 in
Make the changes ZZP shows in their instructions
all the fuel and MAP numbers should be correct?
anything else that needs changing?

Are you doing your own tuning with HPT? If so, start with your MAF table. If your on your stock MAF, then no need to change tables. You will need to adjust, and that will take time. If you have a wide band O2, life will be easier. If not, then you need to watch your LTFT and adjust the MAF table for each area, idle, cruise, and WOT.

Yah still the stock MAF, apparently ZZP has specific calibration that is year specific, I've never compared them
that was my only reason for maybe chaging that, I don't have WBO2 and I don't want to put all the money into that, I know you need it to tune really at all
