No, it will not. There is no 'off the shelf' PCM solution for the 94 or 95.

Totally different PCM. 92/93 are pure OBD1. You have a hybrid PCM that is technically an OBD1, but has an OBD2 connector and OBD2 code protocols. But not fully OBD2.

The only option is GMtuners (sinister performance). However, you have to know exactly what you want for shift points, raised limiters, etc. In other words, to properly get one burned, you need a dyno and a scantool. And there are still limitations. Apparently he can't program skip shifting or 2nd gear hold. There were a couple other things I don't recall.

It doesn't actually say 92-93, it says 93-93. When I asked Jet a while back, they said it wouldn't work for a 92 SSEi.

While dynoing will be best, I don't think it is mandatory.
But you definitely need a scan tool and need to be comfortable collecting data.
I've been using Ryan at sinister performance for my chip burns for over a year and a half. He'* a real stand up guy and emphasizes on your satisfaction.
