Default Jet-63003 - Does It Firm Up Shifting?

I was considering getting one of the Jet 63003 PCU'* for my '99 and was wondering if anyone who'* bought one could tell me if it firms up the shifting.

If not, I was going to get one of the Auto Trans Interceptors at PFYC. Has anyone tried one of these and how well does it work?

Not sure on the 99 Jet, buy my 93 did everything the Auto Trans Interceptor claims. IF the 99 Jet does those things, do NOT run both for sure. Other than that, I don't have any info to offer. I'd call Jet on the phone.
