K&N filter?
changing the stock air filter to that of a K&N really does anything to approve airflow? or am i better just buying a stock filter again.

I don't know if i would do a factory replacement one.

If you're doing a pipe and cone filter, then you need aftermarket, but a drop in K&N might not be the best.

You can't argue with my butt dyno. When I ventilated my stock box and installed the filter, I felt it. The current setup, however, is much better.

I did a drop in K&N in the Trans Sport. I didn't do it for the inproved airflow but because I will never have to buy another filter again. And with just about 260K now I think it has paid for itself.

only if its over oiled... we have talked about this b4... if the filter is over oiled it will leave a residue on the maf sensor... my understanding is that even if this has been done that the maf sensor can be cleaned with a maf safe cleaner....

u might want to check with gm before u put a k&n in ur car... i heard from a gm certified technician that it voids warrenty on some vehicles (i think its only vehicles with diesel engines but u might wanna make sure)
