Fastest 94-95 SSEi out there?
Who knows of the fastest 94-95 SSEi with the common mods and bolt-on'*? Anyone ever see one in the 13'* at all?
i'm asking here because there'* a good chance that someone knows of one, or has one, and has not added their times to the 1/4 mile registry.
I wanna at least make it into the mid 14'*. I don't think that'* going to be a problem. My goal is right around a 14.0 when I'm done modding this car. You think it can be done?

14'* is attainable just fine on that motor. You've already got a pretty good engine with a 94/5 L67. A pulley, good exhaust, intake, ignition box, and PCM may get you into 14'* just fine.

a 94/95 L67 will be lighter then a 96-04, and it has only 5 or 10 lb/ft less then a series II. 14'* aren't hard at all with a L67 of that year, GTP'* can run 14.9s bone stock with a series II. The former member you're talking about is aiming for 12'* this season, and he'* running a lot more then most people remember, rockers, cam and ported everything, Keep in mind most bonneville owners don't run @ the track, even the modded ones.

Jason is right. The 92-93 are the slowest w/ 205hp, 260ftlb. Then in 94 GM started putting a eaton roots type blower to the series 1 bumping that up to 225hp, 275ftlb. Maintaining the lightness of the 92-93 with the added power really adds punch. I've test driven all three 92-93, 94-95, and 96+ and I'm going to say it- the series 1 from 94-95 is fastest. Obviously they were stock and the series 2 has a stronger aftermarket. But the 94-95 is just a tick quicker than the series 2 */C..... Prepairing for flames from series 2 */C owners.
