IDEAS TO KEEP THE INTAKE AIR AS COOL AS YOU CAN.
here is how im trying to keep my intake air charge as cool as i can, there is a 3" stainless tube under the foil coated mat and a 6" cone K&N in the airbox, the only air that is getting into the airbox is from right behind the headlight, and when its race time at the track, i remove it and its almost like a ram air effect.
there is also a heatshield i made to protect the Tb from the crossover heat.

DEI is the masters of cooling components. i use their plug boot covers on my car.i was thinking about the same system but from NX, the N tercooler, to cool the SC case and the fuel rails, but if i went that far, it would be a nitrous system, and nitrous is much colder than CO2 and goes directly into the motor. our track is very picky when it comes to the CO2 cooling systems. the same guidelines goes for the CO2 as it does for the nitrous. plus you dont have the fog coming out from under your car as you are racing
