does anyone know what size pipe or even how to connect a pipe to the TB...i know stock has that rubber tube that goes around it...does anyone know what the size would be and how to get it to connect right....also whats the proper way to take otu the MAF screen?>

For the MAF screen, do a search at google or this forum.

The size of the TB intake pipe is 3" but you will have to buy a coupling to fit over the TB and attach to a seperate pipe. The factory fitting is about 3.25" to allow enough clearance to fit.

Find the couplings at hardware stores, make sujre you clean them out first.
